I’m known to use things “till the wheels fall off” so I always purchase things with quality in mind. My stove was on its last leg (after 12 years) so I bought another, it arrived last week. Today I’m making short ribs! I sear them up and pre heat the oven…. The oven is at the temperature and starts singing and blinking the oven lights. I don’t know quite how to feel about that…
