I got this strange neighbor who never does anything to his lawn all spring, summer and autumn. Maybe he cut it once in the summer. Today he comes out and tries to mow all the ton of leaves that has fallen in his yard and gets rained on in the process. It was sunny all day until this evening when he came out and decided to mow his leaves. He never picks up his leaves and they end up in our yards…. I might have to say or do something about this.
